In the name of Allah the Merciful Research Summary “Praise to Allah and peace be upon his prophet Muhammad, his family and his fellowmen, Amen.” This is a research titled" Islamic jurisprudence between renewal and waste". The topic of this research is of great importance, and this importance lies in the fact that the Islamic jurisprudence heritage is one of the most important sciences of this nation, as it represents the provisions of the practical side in it, and there is no doubt that what has happened to him that has spanned over fourteen centuries is worth preserving and caring for. with it. In order to preserve Islamic jurisprudence, this study was designed to show the correct way of dealing with it, away from wasting it while preserving it. To demonstrate this method, I made this research from an introductory requirement, and four topics and a conclusion, in which it was presented to define Islamic jurisprudence and its importance, then I explained the method of wasting it, and its disastrous effects on the nation, then talked about the renewal and its controls, concluding the most important findings and recommendations.
