This study aimed at identify the relative distribution for some rural development obstacles in a village of El- Behera governorate and ranking them by thier importace, identifing correlation relationships between each of some demographic and economic characteristics and the total values some rural development obstacles in a village, determining the important variables affected the total variance in total values some rural development obstacles. The study was conducted in El-Behera governorate as low development governorate Shoprakheit district was selected as low development district, the village of El-Eslab was selected as a low development village. The simple size was 311 respondents it was selected by using Robert Mason equation. The sample data was selected from October to December 2018. The most important results that the most important development obstacles were healthy obstacles, environment obstacles, then the security stability obstacles, then the economic obstacles, agricultural obstacles, educational obstacles and at lost the general service obstacles. The results also indicated that these was position significant correlation relationship at 1% level of significance between the age, the number of family peasons and the total value of rural development obstacles and these was negative significant correlation relationship at 1% level of significance between the monthly income for respondent and the monthly income for the family, the respondent educational level, the opening culture, the level of belongs to the community, the planning level for the future, feeling the psychological benden the level of personal achievement motivation, the participation in the social organization, the level of popular participation, the attitude to mdeaniration and the total value of rural development obstacles the results idicated that there were five variables pahtcipated significautly in enterpneting the total value of the rural development obstacles and there were four variables have negative participation they were the monthly income the cultural openness the educational level and feeling the psychological bunden, and there was only one variable had positive participation these variable was the number of family members the results indicated that the most important recommendation and suggestion to face and confront the rural development obstacles sanitary network cover the canals essue a low for preventing hed sanitary water in the canals.
