Abstract:
In our study, mitral repair might be equivalent to M.V.R in terms of early mortality, but 2 years after service, mitral repair had a higher risk of residual or repeated mitral . Due to minimal clinical critical, the optimal technique approach had controversial. The function of M.V.R seems to be justified in cases with extreme I.M.R, according to current literature.
