The current study aimed at investigating the available educational opportunities for some marginalized groups in pre-university education in Sharkia Governorate. It also recommends an education map which can be utilized to provide these opportunities. The study followed the descriptive analytical method using the case study. The study problem could thus be stated in the following main question: How can the education map be utilized to achieve educational justice for some marginalized groups in Sharkia Governorate? The study results revealed that: - A great number of marginalized groups exist in Sharkia Governorate, especially those with special needs, which requires providing support , services, and care for them. - Lack of awareness to provide the appropriate care for these groups. - There is a shortage in the available educational opportunities for these groups in pre-university education, especially those with intellectual and visual disabilities. - There is inequality of the educational opportunities and services, in terms of the type of disability, e.g. intellectual, visual, or auditory; as well as in terms of areas of living, e.g. rural or urban.
