The research aims to develop some teaching performance of STEM and productive thinking skills for students of the College of Education through a training program based on the integrated approach (STEM), and the researcher has prepared research tools represented in a knowledge test to measure the knowledge side of the teaching performance and a observation card to measure the special teaching performance With the STEM and the scale of productive thinking skills, the experimental method with a single experimental group was used and the research was applied to a group of students of the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University, a physics division and counted them (14) and a chemistry division and their number (20) and thus the research group became composed of (34), and reached The following results: 1-There are statistically significant differences between the averages of students ’grades in the pre and post applications to test the cognitive aspect of the teaching performance of STEM as a whole and in its sub-dimensions separately in favor of the post application. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of students' grades in the pre and post applications of an observation card to note the teaching performance of STEM as a whole and its sub-dimensions separately in favor of the post application. 3- The presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the students ’scores in the pre and post applications of the scale of productive thinking skills as a whole and in its sub-skill separately for the benefit of dimensional application.
