the research aimed to reveal the reality of organizational trust, organizational loyalty and the relationship among the faculty members and their assistants at the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University, and to present a proposal to strengthen the relationship between them.The study used the descriptive method . The study was conducted a field study applied on a representive sample from the faculty members and their assistants at the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University : professors , associate professors , lecturers , assistant lecturers . The study found that there is a strong relationship between organizational trust and organizational loyalty. The higher of the degree of organizational trustis , the higher of organizational loyaltyis. The research presented a proposal and an integrated training program that can contribute to strengthening both organizational trust and organizational loyalty , then strengthen the relationship between them .
