This research aimed to detect the effective use of educational plan individual in the treatment of difficulties learning to read with gifted students, the application of tools for the study: the test matrices of successive color, and test circuits for creative thinking and a diagnostic test in reading and get on the steps of collecting school faculty, and the degree of achievement in language Arab, and build an education plan individually, using the experimental method designed measurement tribal dimensional group were seven pupils in primary education, revealed the results of the search for statistically significant differences between the two applications pre and post for the post, in addition to effect size, which amounted to (0.94), which means effectiveness the use of individual education plans in the treatment of difficulties learning to read I have mentally gifted students.
