The current research aims to verify the feasibility of using education and e-learning in developing creative problem-solving skills and developing the level of achievement in mathematics for students with mathematics learning difficulties, and thus overcoming their problems that cause them a lot of pain and frustration, and preparing a test to measure the ability to creatively solve problems. And measuring the differences between the proposed method and the traditional method in creative problem-solving skills and solving mathematical tasks, and then overcoming the difficulties of learning mathematics. The achievement ability of the student, as well as his ability to creatively solve problems that would raise the levels of achievement, as well as the growth of the personality as a whole, and after applying the screening criteria for people with learning difficulties, the final sample was determined by (30) students who were diagnosed as having learning difficulties, of whom 15 students were a group Experimental, 15 students as a control group and the equivalence of the two groups in the level of intelligence and previous achievement was verified. The researcher applied the non-colored successive matrices test of Raven and a note card he prepared to verify the credibility of the spacing test, as it contains some aspects of the behavior of students who meet the spacing test, the mechanisms of teaching mathematics skills using the computer and the web, the pre and post test of mathematics skills for the fifth grade of primary school, and the pre and post test For creative problem-solving skills, and through the use of the Mann-Whitney test and the Wilcoxon non-parametric test to detect differences and verify the validity of the research hypotheses, the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group at the level of Mathematics collection, in favor of dimensional measurement. And there are statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups in the post measurement of the level of mathematics achievement in favor of the experimental group, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in creative problem solving skills in favor of the post measurement, and there are statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups in the measurement Dimensions of creative problem solving skills for the benefit of the experimental group. The researcher discussed the results in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies and research and showed the similarities and differences between the results of the current research and previous research, and ended the research with a set of recommendations and suggestions and finally a list of references.
