The researcher "Lamyaa Ahmed Taha Hassan" a study aims to identify (Orientated Kinesthetic Exercises For Cerebral Control And Their Impact On Improving The Performance Of High Jump Shooting In Handball ), The researcher used a semi-experimental design for one group with a pre-post measurement, The sample included (75) female students of the third year, handball specialization in the Faculty of Physical Education Girls - Zagazig University for the academic year 2017 /2018, This program have continue for (12) weeks by (3) units per-week,The results of this study showed that Directed motor exercises led to an improvement in the physical variables under consideration, Also it leads to improved performance of the high-jump shooting in handball, The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the design of various educational and training programs that work on developing the performance level based on the type of brain control of the controlling side and taking advantage of the uncontrolled side of the brain and the need to diversify in the use of half the brain because of its positive effect on the skill level.
