The present study aims to examine the effectiveness of E-Learning in the developing of cognitive motivation and academic achievement among students with learning disabilities and students with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity. The sample consisted of (20) teachers who is studying of English middle schools which integrating students of special needs, including (10) teachers apply the E-Learning, (10) studying in the traditional way, a sample of students (729) students in grade two, included people with learning disabilities, Students with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity. Also tools included; test matrices to Raven , a questionnaire teaching style , scale cognitive motivation, scale attention disorders and academic school achievement, the results were, there are statistically significant differences between those who are studying according to E-Learning in the scale of cognitive motivation and achievement in English favor group that taught according to E- learning among students with learning disabilities and students with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity, and no statistically significant differences between students with learning disabilities and students with attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity of studying according to the E-Learning in the scale of cognitive motivation and achievement of English language.
