Abstract:
Evaluation of the degree and judgment of the level of performance depends on a specific performance criterion or criterion. Evaluation, then, is a systematic process that requires the collection of objective data and truthful information from multiple sources using various measurement tools in the light of specific objectives in order to arrive at quantitative estimates and qualitative evidence on which to make judgments. Or take appropriate decisions related to individuals, and there is no doubt that these decisions do not affect the individual only, but rather on the level of his performance and the degree of his efficiency in carrying out certain work or tasks, and the evaluation is not limited to individuals, but extends to include evaluation of tasks, programs, projects and institutions. To verify its impact and effectiveness in achieving its specific goals, the evaluation relies on various measuring tools, some of which lead to quantitative amounts, and others depend on the judgments of specialists regarding the characteristics of the individual or his personality as an integrated and distinct individual from other individuals, and the evaluation process undoubtedly depends on Its purpose, the type of decision appropriate to this goal, and the selection of measurement tools that guide these operations with their results.
