In light of the use of distance learning due to the spread of the Corona pandemic "Covid-19", faculty members should be committed to professional ethics in addition to the ethics of distance learning, and the current research aims to identify the extent of faculty members' commitment to distance learning ethics from the students' point of view, The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and it dealt with two aspects: providing a comprehensive description of the ethics and conditions of distance learning at Sultan Qaboos University, as well as studying and analyzing the data collected from the field study on the axes of the research tool. A questionnaire about the ethics of distance learning for faculty members that contains 12 dimensions (adherence to the times allocated for lessons, downloading scientific contents that help him in the educational process, adherence to public morals and respect for others on the Internet and not offending anyone, not sharing educational content that has intellectual property rights with Any third party, follow the student while participating in the virtual classes, encourage the student to learn alone and search for different information online, use open educational platforms, diversity in the learning style Synchronous and asynchronous, the use of activities carried out by students during the lesson, the use of various educational means to attract students' attention, answering students' questions and inquiries on the Internet first-hand, objectivity and integrity in teaching and assessment). Synchronous and asynchronous represent the most important ethics of distance learning among faculty members, as the use of activities carried out by students during the lesson, the use of various educational means to attract the attention of students, the least commitment of faculty members, and the results indicated that there are differences between the students' point of view in The commitment of faculty members to the ethics of distance learning due to the gender variable in favor of boys, as well as the presence of differences due to the type of college in favor of the humanities faculties, and the presence of differences due to a variable of academic level in favor of higher levels.
