This theoretical article is devoted to creating a blended learning model (BLM) that aims to provide a learning environment to enrich entrepreneurial skills . The product development process was used to develop BLM. Self-teaching strategies are also applied to design the learning situation at BLM. The face-to-face and online learning mode is effectively integrated into the BLM which includes 70% learning through the internet and only 30% takes place in the face-to-face mode. There is a learned cycle alignment created in various aspects of BLM such as goals, objectives, learner commitments, content, context, learning outcomes, human interactions, interactions with content, and scenario-based learning To create a contextual learning environment, self-learning activities are developed for the purpose of effective learning. The maximum number of teaching and learning activities were carried out through a computer-mediated online platform and some were provided through a face-to-face learning method. The BLM development process is described in detail in this paper.
