Abstract:
Information in its various forms and types is the basic component of science, and information originated with man and developed with him until it reached the level it is now. Scientists agree that we live today in the era of technology, information and social communication. The term “Information Explosion” refers to the expansion of the field in which it operates. The information and communications revolution has brought about radical changes in the social and economic conditions that prevailed until the beginning of the eighties in developed and developing societies alike, and there was a trend calling for work to integrate children People with special needs in society and advocating for their rights to participate and give; Which may leave positive effects for them, and the acceleration of knowledge in the field of special education added a new dimension related to the need to keep pace with modern trends that call for greater inclusion of people with disabilities in their environments. The process of integrating students with disabilities in schools faces several obstacles, most notably that most schools are not Qualified or equipped to receive these students, the severe shortage of specialized teachers trained to deal with them, and the lack of awareness of normal students on how to deal with their colleagues with disabilities. This study discusses how the information society can overcome the obstacles to integrating people with special needs into society.
