The purpose of this study was to study the commitment of faculty members to the professional ethics from their students perspective according to quality standards. Methods: The participants in this study were 476 University students (211 male, 256 female, 234 Second level, 242 fourth level, 261 theoretical faculties, 215 practical faculties), questionnaire consists of 56 items (eight dimensions; mastery of scientific material, following up developments in their own articles, announces content and evaluation system for students, educational meeting management, developing teaching methods, allows discussion and dialogue, sincerity in action and relationship with students), were prepared by the researcher. Results showed: Average level of faculty members commitment of the professional ethics, no significant differences between male and female, significant differences between Second level and forth level in favor to the Second level , significant differences between theoretical faculties and practical faculties in favor to the theoretical faculties students.
