Abstract:
Meta learning strategies necessary for successful learning. Students ear with severe difficulty in learning the problems of lack of these strategies, because they can not develop the way learning or change the strategies that they use, what is Meta learning provides students with the basic process of change capabilities and focus on how to control and regulate the learner himself to learn better, and this is the heart of cognitive flexibility, meaning that training on what strategies will increase the ability of the learner to picking and choosing the strategy optimized for learning in any position, To provide them with understanding, time and effort during the learning without cognitive load on the working memory , so the present research take care to examine: the Effectiveness of program based on Meta learning strategies to the development of cognitive flexibility and reduce cognitive load among perp school students). has been a theoretical framework on research variables which is Meta learning strategies, cognitive flexibility, cognitive loud, as has been the integration of a range of research within the theoretical framework, has also been dealt with the relationship between research variables, and research related to the topic of the present research, it was offered in two axes, followed by comment in all related research in terms of the target and sample tools and statistical methods and the results that have been reached, and therefore it has been formulated
