Abstract:
The availability of a qualified teacher and raising the level of the teaching profession will increase the effectiveness of the educational system and contribute to determining the quality of future generations. Almost all psychological and educational research agree that the teacher is the cornerstone of the educational process, and from this point of view, the teacher has become the starting point in any reform or The development of the educational system, and accordingly, taking care of preparing it, training it, working to solve its economic and social problems, and raising its scientific and professional level are the main pillars upon which the reform of the educational system should be based on its philosophy and curricula, and then reform and development of society. The teacher should be at a high level of competence in order to achieve success. It is desired from him and to bring his students to a high level of excellence, and this depends on his professional and scientific capabilities and personal characteristics that every successful teacher must characterize in his work, and the success of any institution in its educational mission depends on how to choose the effective human element, and the appropriate qualification to work in the educational environment , which has more knowledge, skills and experience to deal with students to perform that lofty educational task, and therefore we point out that the main objective Any educational administration must focus on providing educational expertise and appropriate training programs for staff and teachers to develop and raise the level and efficiency of individuals
