The current study aimed to employ network learning to identify the problems faced by students of Sultan Qaboos University and Kuwait during their network learning, and to identify the order of these problems and their relationship to some variables (student type, specialization), and to compare these problems between Sultan Qaboos University and Kuwait University. And there are no differences between students of practical colleges and students of theoretical colleges, and there are differences between students of Sultan Qaboos University and students of Kuwait University in the total score of the questionnaire and all dimensions in favor of students of Sultan Qaboos University, except for two problems related to lecturers and problems related to the same student.
