The aim of the research is to identify the relationship of the habits of the mind (speech accuracy, control of recklessness, ask questions, experience of surprise, flexibility of thinking, use of all senses, verification of accuracy, reliance on knowledge, listening to understanding, listening effectively, metacognition thinking, Leadership, self, vital) and total score both in reflective thinking and its dimensions (habitual Aaction, understanding, reflect, critical reflect) and moral intelligence and its dimensions (empathy, conscience, self- control, tolerance, respect, sympasy, fairness). On a sample of (190) students from the first grade secondary students. Search tools are a measure of habits of mind (researcher preparation), measure of moral intelligence (researcher's preparation), and the measure of reflective thinking (preparation researcher). Using the mean, correlation coefficients and regression analysis, the results of the search are: There are high values of some of the habits of the mind and the average values of other habits, a statistically significant correlation between the habits of the mind and most of its dimensions of the Reflective thinking and the total score and Moral intelligence and the total score, and can be predicted by mental habits from the variables of reflective thinking and moral intelligence.
