The research reached results, including: - The quality of providing educational, training, educational and awareness services, which helped the success of the institutional performance management in the center The research suggested a proposed vision for improving the performance of the center and achieving continuous development of its institutional performance, with allocating a specialized professional team that leads its main activity and work, managing activities and efforts to develop institutional performance in the center, with the establishment of a supportive organizational culture and the development of databases in the center.
