In light of what happened from the demographic changes in the faculty Egyptian universities during the past decades, members, and associated with the nature of the professorship and work the university, which must be understood in the light of all of the working life and profession. Universities in the United States has sought to develop theoretical frameworks of communities of learning, putting procedures and practices for professional development within the scientific departments in accordance with specific insights, and dominated by a form of togetherness to achieve academic and professional bonding. Using a comparative approach with its descriptive and analytical examination of this phenomenon within the Egyptian universities and stand on the similarities and differences between them and the University of North Carolina experience as a model for United States universities, in order to benefit from them. The study wondered: How can achieve academic entrance togetherness using professional learning communities? to facilitate the integration of faculty members aiding scientific departments at universities. The study concluded conceived proposal emphasizes that unite academic reform and change the Platform for Action Project scientific departments, and the essence of the suit aimed at the renewal of scientific, professional and social practices among colleagues university context.
