الخلفية: يتسبب إدمان الكحول المزمن في إصابة الكلى (KI) ، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة معدل الوفيات في مرضى التهاب الكبد الكحولي. يمثل إجهاد الشبكة الإندوبلازمية (ER) البادئ الرئيسي لأمراض الكلى واعتلال الكلية الكحولي. الأهداف: استخدمنا نموذج الفئران
