Abstract:
تم إجراء تجارب الحقن المجهري (MIU) للألمنيوم النقي تجاريًا على مجموعتين من العينات ذات الهياكل الحبيبية المختلفة. مجموعة واحدة من الحبوب الخشنة (CG ، غير مشوهة) والمجموعة الأخرى من الحبوب الدقيقة (FG) التي تم تحقيقها عن طريق الضغط الزاوي القناة المتساوية بالمرور الرابع في ميكرو-ميزو / مقياس. تمت معالجة المجموعتين بشكل أكبر عن طريق البثق على نطاق صغير / متوسط قبل إجراء MIU لتصنيع دبابيس صغيرة. أظهر اختبار الإزعاج الجزئي للمسامير الصغيرة أن المادة لها تكوين تدفق متناحي جيد وخالية من العيوب غير المرغوب فيها مقارنة بنظيراتها من CG ، والتي يمكن أن تُعزى إلى انخفاض تأثير تقوية حدود الحبوب في حالة هيكل FG.
