The study aims at identifying the degree of satisfaction of Faculty Members, their aids, and faculty of medicine employees. This study was conducted on 198 of faculty members, their aids, and the employees of the faculty according to a questionnaire composed of nine items includes (staff's view about college, work conditions, salaries and incentives, colleagues and chiefs, means of entertainment, social aspects, decision making, and the section they are working and data is enrolled and processed by (SPSS) system. The findings revealed that the satisfaction degree was moderate.
