Abstract:
In recent years, the sports community in general and karate practitioners have been living in a new era full of qualitative changes in concepts, systems and economic performance, so excellence in local and international performance has become the key to the survival of sports bodies in a sports market based on constant competition, we find that many departments in the service bodies Public interest private bodies have been forced to rethink their traditional assumptions due to the rapidly changing highly competitive situations, most notably the continuing technological development, as well as the impact of reduced government support and oversight on the bodies, all of which have had an impact on the changing desires of the beneficiary, which affect the economies of the bodies. Since most bodies use similar management techniques, it is only possible to achieve or enhance competitive advantage by relying on logistics activities that are a key part of activities supporting the production process, whether prior to the production of the commodity or service, such as the processes of determining the wishes of the beneficiary, purchasing, transportation, information collection, banking transactions, activities during the production process such as internal handling and marketing, or those after the completion of the production process, namely packaging and packaging. Promotion, storage, transport, insurance and post-product services, logistics have become an integral element of the global system because of their impact on the economies of the bodies. In the field of sports, logistics activities can take many forms to implement the objectives of the Authority, there are many options to be made and many possible processes and paths that determine the coexistence of those activities within the Authority, The Authority's ability to meet supply and demand issues that arise according to the beneficiary's wishes, and manufacturers, wholesalers, brokers and retailers are present in these channels to provide aspects of production, finance and products and manage and control information traffic. Local and global competition is constantly changing, which has led the bodies to pay attention to the quality of their services, so the administrative programs to face the intensity of competition and despite the multiplicity of opinions about the concept of quality, it revolves around a set of requirements based on the wishes and needs of the beneficiary and expectations, which requires an ongoing effort involving all members of the Authority to work on the development and continuous improvement of the item or service provided in order to obtain the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, the achievement of quality has become a strategic goal of the Authority, quality is no longer linked Not only in the product, but also in its environment and in all the activities of the Authority. From the experience of the researcher as a referee and then technical director of The Oriental Club, the advantages and motives that support the competitive value of the Egyptian Karate Federation and increase the number of beneficiaries of its services have not been exploited, we find that the administrative practices of the Federation such as logistics activities and the quality of the performance of the services of the Union is ineffective and unaware and shows the impact of this in the lack of continuity of beneficiaries throughout the competitive seasons from 10 years to over 18 years, which leads to a decrease in the economic returns of the Union, bodies that rely on foundations The old intellectual, who believes that the job of management is to organize resources and employ them at home to achieve results abroad will not be able to withstand in a world of competition and constant change and modern techniques based on the service of the beneficiary, and in order to stay in the competition must be armed with a competitive advantage expressed and through it on its uniqueness, the researcher conducted personal interviews with the employees of the administrative and technical structure of the Egyptian Karate Federation to get their opinion about the level of logistics activities and the quality of services provided by the Federation The egyptian karate result was: Lack of a logistics department to develop it and achieve the objectives of the Authority. • Staff are unaware of the concept and importance of logistics activities and their role in serving beneficiaries. • The lack of performance quality management and follow-up, which prompted the researcher to conduct this study. Field study: The researcher applied the two forms to the survey sample of (30) individuals, and the time period between the two applications was considered to be approximately two weeks, where the first application was carried out during the period (Wednesday 2/12/2020) to (Saturday 5/12/2020), and the second application was re-applied from (Wednesday 2/12/2020) to (Saturday 5/12/2020 AD), and the second application was re-applied from (Wednesday 2/12/2020) to (Saturday 5/12/2020 AD), and the second application was re-applied from (Wednesday 2/12/2020) to (Saturday 5/12/2020 AD), and the second application was re-applied from (Wednesday 2/12/2020) to (Saturday 5/12/2020 AD Friday, December 18, 2020) to (Sunday, December 20, 2020) on the same initial group and in the same circumstances, the correlation factor between the two applications was calculated to indicate the stability of the questionnaire and after the completion of the application of the questionnaires was collected and organized and then distributed to the basic sample and then unloaded data to conduct appropriate statistical treatments. Statistical treatments Statistical treatments for research data were done using the Spss statistical program, and the researcher used the following statistical treatments: - 1- Repetitions (K2). 2. Average arithmetic. Standard deviation. Alpha Kronbach link coefficient. 5- The way of application and re-application.
