The research aimed to identify the relationship between teachers in the general educational stages, as well as to indentify the differences in job embeddedness according to variables of the gender (male - female), variables of school type (governed- private), and variables of study level (primary- preparatory - secondary), and also to know the effect on gender, type of the school and study level and interact with them in job satisfaction and know the level of each of the teacher, the research was conducted on (346) teachers of three educational stages, applied to them ascale of job embeddedness and ascale os job satisfaction prepared by the researcher, and by use the average, correlation cofficients, T test, one way anova and multiple variance analysis way anova, the results showed there are differences between teachers in job embeddedness according to the type and stage variable, and there were no effects of gender, school type and study level, the research also found that the level of job embeddedness is high, and the level of job satisfaction is average, the results also showed a positive relationship between job embeddedness and job satisfaction.
