Abstract This study basically aimed at stating a framework that can contribute in benefiting from the features of the applications of customized learning in secondary education in some foreign experiences and the theoretical framework in setting proposed procedures for the application of customized learning in secondary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in line with the nature of the Egyptian society, and the study used the George Bereday approach For comparative studies, The study presented a set of steps, starting with the general framework of the study, then theoretical foundations about customized Learning, as well as the study viewed the some foreign experiences of United States of America, United Kingdom and China in the applications of customized learning in secondary education, then a presentation of the similarities and differences of experiences in the light of the concepts of social sciences then an analysis of the Egyptian efforts in developing of general secondary education in light of the concept of customized learning, then the last step included proposed procedures for the application of customized learning In secondary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of the experiences of some foreign countries, and requirements of Egyptian society.
