Milk and related products are among the cheapest types of animal protein and an important source for related manufacturing industries, including processed cheese. The research problem lies in the continuous increase in the price of cheese. Cooked and factory-cooked triangles or blocks due to the high prices of manufacturing raw materials, most of which are imported in exchange for population increase, which increases the gap between production and consumption. The research aims to measure indicators of production and economic efficiency of this industry through analysis and comparison of the structure of inputs and outputs in order to allow decision-makers to expand in This industry is within the framework of productive and economic efficiency, and the most important results of the study can be summarized as follows: The net profit for processed cheese triangles and blocks amounted to about 14,551 and 7707 pounds per ton, respectively, and the added value of processed cheese triangles and blocks amounted to about 14974 and 8102 pounds per ton, respectively.
