This research aims mainly to identify the characteristics of the residents of the new urban communities and the desert back of the cities, as well as identifying the most important factors that attract residents in these areas by achieving research objectives, the most important of which are eliminating the phenomenon of overpopulation and the housing crisis, by achieving the demographic, social, and economic characteristics of the residents of these cities and identify the factors that attract these cities, as well as identify the services available from health, education, services and job opportunities. The study came out with several recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of providing basic and necessary living services, interest in providing clean drinking water and expanding the sewage network, attention by means of transportation and road network and the expansion of educational institutions, health care, the provision of social, cultural and sports services, and bring some government service bodies from these areas, the need to direct the media to these societies in order to take their role in the media. And finally, motivating youth to establish industrial projects in these cities
