Abstract:
احتفظت العينات المكملة بـ 200 ميكروغرام / غرام KBPH بمستوى العدد الإجمالي القابل للتطبيق عند 5.7 و6.55 سجل بعد 12 و15 يومًا من التخزين، مما زاد من وقت التخزين الآمن إلى 14 أو 15 يومًا بدلاً من 7 أو 8 أيام في الحالة من العينة الضابطة. يمكن أن تكون النتائج مفيدة في صياغة الببتيدات الوظيفية من KBPI والتي يمكن تطبيقها في الأطعمة والمغذيات الجديدة.
