The Arab Republic of Egypt is interested in providing appropriate health and psychological care for people with special needs in order to develop the skills and capabilities of those with special invasions, to find job opportunities for them. The upholstery industry is one of the industries that many fabrics leave behind in large areas and quantities. The study aims to exploit the remains of the upholstery fabrics and the consumed parts to make new products using scientific methods. The two researchers have prepared a training program for (11) students of Intellectual Education School in Zagazig City - Sharkia Governorate to benefit recycle of upholstery fabrics. A level scale was prepared for students 'cognitive achievement, a note card consisting of (5) axes to assess students' performance skills, and a questionnaire form as an estimated measure of the products implemented under study. The results concluded that the “T” test value was about “46,358” for the differences between the average female students ’scores in the pre and post application“ efficacy ”which is a statistically significant value at the level of 0.01 where the average score for female students in the post-application was“ 141,596 ”, while the average Female students ’grades in tribal application" 29.214 ", indicating that there are real differences between the two applications in favor of post-implementation.
