Impact of bariatric surgery on androgen profile and ovarian volume in obese polycystic ovary syndrome patients with infertility

Abstract:
There is a highly significant decrease in ovarian volume by ultrasound and androgen levels. Free and total testosterone levels fall after bariatric surgery.This lead to improved reproductive milieu for obese women with PCOS and infertility.
