Abstract:
The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of the program based on the K.W.L.H strategy to develop a creative solution to the problems and the trend towards the teaching profession of the student teacher the Kindergarten Division at the Faculty of Specific Education, this current study was conducted on a sample of the fourth year students of the Kindergarten Division (female teachers) in the College of Education Quality Zagazig University, and they numbered (60) students, as they were divided into two groups, one of them is the control and the other is experimental, and the size of each group (30) students. To measure the variables included in the current study, the following was done: - Using the scale of the creative solution to problems with its five dimensions (identifying the problem and identifying its causes - preparing and generating ideas - scrutinizing ideas and proposing solutions - choosing an early solution to the problem - checking and applying the solution). Prepared by Prof. Salah Sharif Design a measure of the trend towards the teaching profession in its three dimensions (the personal view of the teacher towards a profession Education - Society view towards the profession - relationship with children). Prepared by the researcher - Designing a program based on the K.W.L.H strategy in developing the creative solution to the problems and moving towards the teaching profession of the student teacher the Kindergarten Division, Faculty of Specific Education. Prepared by the researcher The results of the study reached: - There are statistically significant differences on the level of significance (0.01) among members of the experimental group of fourth year students of the Kindergarten Division (the student teacher) in the two measurements (tribal - dimension) in their grades in the scale of creative solution to problems with its five dimensions and the overall score for the scale of the creative solution to the problems. - There are statistically significant differences on the level of significance (0.01) among members of the experimental group of fourth year students of the Kindergarten Division (the student teacher) in the two measurements (tribal - dimension) in their grades in the scale of the trend towards the teaching profession with its three dimensions and the total score of the scale of the trend towards a profession Teaching. - There are statistically significant differences on the level of significance (0.01) between members of the two groups from the fourth year students of the Kindergarten Division (the teacher student) (control - experimental) in their degrees in the dimensional measurement of the scale of the creative solution to problems with its five dimensions and the total degree of the scale of the creative solution to problems. - There are statistically significant differences on the level of significance (0.01) between members of the two groups (experimental - experimental) from the fourth year students of the Kindergarten Division (the student student) in the measurement (dimension) in their grades in the scale of the trend towards the teaching profession with its three dimensions and the total score of the scale of direction Towards the teaching profession. These results confirm the effectiveness of the program based on the use of the K.W.L.H strategy in developing a creative solution to problems and the trend towards the teaching profession of the student teacher the Kindergarten Division, Faculty of Specific Education.
