This research aimed to measure the production and economic efficiency Bussore oranges. This study relied on preliminary data from afield sample of farmers in Sharkia Governorate. The sample covered districts MeniaElqamh and Abu hammed include116farmers agricultural season (2016-2017). The analytical methodology includes some mathematical statistical methods such as average, percentages and multi regression. The average fixed costs (rental value) to bussor orange around 45.27% of total cost. While the average total variable cost around 54.7%. The percent of vital fertilizer 13.78%, human labor work 8.57%, seeds 7.88%, automated quantity 7.24% and Fertilizer 5.79% of total cost acre fadan. Results of average function costs production show that farmers of busser orange are fare the achieving the size of productive optimized and maximized the profit. The average production acre fadan amounted to 11 ton with average price 2377L.E. The main output valued at approximately 20883 L.E per acre. Optimal production volume of about 25 tones, while economic production volume of about 27 tones. The production function analysis shows that the positive relation between production acre fadan, the number trees, the quantity of nitrogen fertilizer, the quantity of leaves fertilizers and the hours of automated depends on variables, and estimates the total flexibility of productivity amounted to about .88, and this represents the case of increasing returns to scale.
