Abstract: |
This current study aims to acquire knowledge of the most early significant field experiences from the point of view of the female teachers and chef- Supervisors of the of the kindergarten, hence, the following steps were adopted for the selection of the study’s sample.
1- the selection of a number of kindergartens in the As-Sharqiya governorate , and some of their provincial centers as ( Rawdat Al Naeriya- Tolbat Iweeda- Abdel Aziz Ali- Ali Ibn Abi Taleb at Diarb Negm- Rawdat Al Zahraa at Diarb Negm- experimental Rawdat Al Sweedy at Diarb Negm ) .
2- the selection of a number of the female teachers of the chosen kindergartens , whose number was(36) from female teachers , moreover , a number of kindergartens Chef- Supervisors , who were selected , whose number was (320) Chef- supervisors.
3- hence, the total sample’s number which was included in this current study was (68) female teachers and chef- supervisors.
For the measurement of the variables of this current study , both two actual researchers have prepared a professional questionnaire of the , hence the included items in the questionnaire in its final form were (24) items, divided into four dimensions as follows:
1- First Dimension: ( development of the positive trends towards the teachers profession).
2- Second Dimension: (development of the efficiency of performance of the student- trainee teacher).
3- Third Dimension : (the coexistence of the student- trainee teacher with the kindergarten environment )
4- Fourth dimension : ( verification of the emotional balance of the student- trainee teacher).
The above- mentioned items were distributed to all four dimensions on the average of “6” items to each dimension, and each item is confronted with (3) choices (definitively – sometimes- fairly).
The results of the study concluded that the values of the average scores of the their responsiveness to the questionnaire dimension , and the deviation standard (and they were
arranged in a descending order, hence the fourth dimension verification of the emotional balance of the student- trainee teacher) stand up as the
\first arrangement level, as the average value reached (14.632)- in the same time , the first dimension(( development of the positive trends towards the teachers profession). Stand up at the second arrangement level , as its average value reached (14.588) , when in other hand , the third dimension stand up as the third arrangement level , and its average value reached (14.573)- while the second dimension ((development of the efficiency of performance of the student- trainee teacher) concluded the dimensions arrangement order, according the point of view of the teachers and the Chef- supervisors of the kindergartens , and its average value reached (14.485).
it shows clear their responsiveness rate within their average values , as well the deviation standard on the paragraphs of the questionnaire , concerning the early field experiences of the student- trainee teachers in the early stages of kindergarten program in the university education, hence, these average values were arranged in a descending order, whereas , the early field experiences acquired the more median average , and they were considered the most significant experiences that the student- trainee teachers must acquire throughout the field training during the early university stages.
Throughout this arrangement , it is shown clear that the higher(5) paragraphs in the average value were as follows:
1- they contribute to the psychological training inside the kindergartens and the activities rooms ( 2.541).
2- decreasing the embarrassment feeling during the early stages inside the kindergartens(2.500).
3- increasing the self- confidence ratio during the performance of duties and activities inside the kindergartens (2.500).
4- increasing the feeling of happiness to be a teacher ( 2.409).
5- feeling very proud and honored in the society to be a teacher(2.360).
The least (5) paragraphs in regard with the average value where as follows:
1- helping the preparation and distribution of the activity to its defined time (2. 323).
2- make the student- trainee teacher capable of determinate the objectives of the activities and measure its realization by the children (2.323)
3- motivate the teachers to participate at the administrative duties.
4- the interaction with her colleagues in all varied administrative or professional duties (2.161) while the remaining ten paragraphs are varying within their average and the lowest average , as the values of these averages are varying between (2.485) and ( 2.337) , moreover, these paragraph are arranged in descending order., according to their existent value of average .
The study concluded that there are no statistical differences between the average score of both female teachers and Chef- supervisors of the kindergarten , from their point of view in regard with the most significant early field experiences of the student- trainee teachers , in the total scores of the questionnaire , or , in the scores of the four dimensions of the questionnaire , hence, it couldn’t verify the validity of this hypostasis testing.
It 's shown clear throughout the values of the four dimensions average , and the total scores of the questionnaire , that they are very similar , although , there are some few differences of values , but they don’t represent a statistical function.
As , It 's shown clear within the values which are included in the previous table , hence, this is logic result, and that would be explained that there is an agreement about the opinions of female teachers and chef- supervisors , that there is an overriding importance and a very necessary need to the early field experience of the student – trainee teachers in the kindergarten colleges, or the kindergarten departments in the colleges of education and the specific education colleges .
Whereas , they are subjected to an academic training during the academic four years in the university., throughout determinate the curriculums for that purpose., but they aren’t qualified to the field training , unless starting from the third academic year in these concerning colleges, but throughout the above – mentioned results, As , It’s shown clear that the students needs to go out into the field to acquire several experiences which can contribute their duties integrally in the future-In the light of the these above-mentioned results, both two , female researchers prepared many recommendations and several proposed researches.
