Nano-particles of Co0.5 Cu0.5 Alx Fe2-x O4 ferrite compounds with compositions (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0) were prepared using co-precipitation method. The IR spectra of the samples showed the main characteristic bands of the spin
