Abstract:
The current research aims to identify the relationship between academic justice for faculty members as perceived by students and their university engagement and their level. As well as to identify the impact of some demographic variables such as (gender, Type of study, estimate) on those variables. The sample consisted of (1262) fourth year students at Zagazig University. The research tools were the preparation of a measure of (academic justice, university engagement). Using averages, standard deviations, T-test, and variance analysis, the research findings found that the level of academic justice for faculty members as perceived by students and their university engagement was average. There is a statistically significant correlation (at the level of 0.01) between academic justice for faculty members as perceived by students and their university engagement. There are also statistically significant differences (at the level of 0.01) between the average scores of both high and low academic justice for faculty members as perceived by students in university engagement in favor of average high academic justice levels.There are no differences between males and females in academic justice for faculty members as perceived by students. There are statistically significant differences (at the level of 0.01,0.05) in academic justice for faculty members as perceived by students is due to the Type of study and estimate. There were also statistically significant differences (at the level of 0.01,0.05) in university engagement among students due to gender, to the Type of study and estimate. In the end, the results it is interpreted and discussed and come up with a set of recommendations and suggested research.
