Abstract:
The current research aims to identify The trend toward reducing the phenomenon of academic cheating in schools and universities, from the viewpoint of Faculty Staff, teachers and students, Which branched off into the following objectives: to identify the arrange and the level of the total score for the scale of The trend toward reducing the phenomenon of academic cheating in schools and universities as a whole and the four dimensions:(moral-religious procedures, community procedures, Learning procedures, security procedures). As well as to identify the impact of some demographic variables such as gender (male / female), target group (student / teacher), and the stage of study (preparatory / secondary / college). The sample consisted of search (469) student / teacher, whom (students: 298) (103 preparative, 49 secondary, 146 collectors), and (teachers: 171) (82 preparative, 46 secondary, 43 collectors). To achieve the objectives of the present research was to build a measure of the tendency to reduce the phenomenon of academic cheating in schools and universities, and also surveyed the application of an opinion on a sample of (100 faculty staff, teachers and students) to reach some of the proposals and solutions to limit this phenomenon. And Using appropriate statistical methods, descriptive statistics, and t-test, analysis of variance, which resulted Search results: - A positive trend among the respondents (Faculty Staff, teachers and students) toward reducing the phenomenon of academic cheating in schools and universities. - The degree level college to scale The trend toward reducing the phenomenon of academic cheating in schools and universities, the four different dimensions:(moral-religious procedures, community procedures, Learning procedures, security procedures) for students and teachers in all the different grades (preparatory/ secondary/ college) were high level. - There are no significant differences for students and teachers in all the different grades (preparatory/ secondary/ college) in the total score of the scale The trend toward reducing the phenomenon of academic cheating due to the gender (male / female). - There are statistically significant differences (at 0.10) in the following grades (preparatory - secondary) in the total score of the scale The trend toward reducing the phenomenon of academic cheating due to the target group (student / teacher) in favor of the average grades teacher. While there are no statistically significant differences in Undergraduate differences in the direction towards reducing the phenomenon of cheating the school due to the target group (student / teacher). - There are statistically significant differences (at 0.10) for students in the college division of the scale trend towards reducing the phenomenon of cheating the school due to academic stage (preparatory/ secondary/ college). where the differences between the preparatory school students and high school students for the benefit of the average degrees preparatory school students, and the differences between the preparatory school students and undergraduate students for the benefit of the average grades undergraduate students, and the differences between high school students and undergraduate students for the benefit of the average grades undergraduate students.
