This research aimed at developing the teaching performance inspiring thinking in Arabic among Faculty of Education (FOE) junior kindergarten female students (N=35), to whom a brain-based learning training program was applied. The main question of the research was: How can constructing a brain-based learning program develop the teaching performance inspiring thinking in Arabic among FOE junior kindergarten female students? Following are the sub-questions that were driven: (1) What are the teaching performance skills inspiring thinking in Arabic suitable for FOE junior kindergarten female students?, (2) What are the basics of constructing a brain-based learning program to develop the teaching performance inspiring thinking in Arabic among FOE junior kindergarten female students?, (3) What are the components of constructing a brain-based learning program to develop the teaching performance inspiring thinking in Arabic among FOE junior kindergarten female students?, and (4) What is the effectiveness of the brain-based learning program to develop the teaching performance inspiring thinking in Arabic among FOE junior kindergarten female students?. The research instruments were a list of teaching performance skills inspiring thinking, and an observation sheet for assessing the participants’ performance of those skills. The statistical analyses of the data obtained revealed that there was a statistical significant difference between the mean scores of pre-testing and post-testing of the targeted skills in favor of post-testing assuring the effectiveness of the brain-based learning theory program.
