The current research aims to develop a proposed research map for educational administrative research in Egyptian universities in the light of the directions and requirements of the National Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy 2015-2030, also called "the National Strategy for Scientific Research and Innovation", issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.. The research used the descriptive approach. The research was limited to five axes of the strategy, namely: policies and legislation of scientific research : educational administrative research as a model , the system of educational administrative research, support and development of human resources, infrastructure development for educational administrative research institutions , investment in educational administrative research and partnership, and international cooperation in the field of educational administrative research . An initial list of proposed research issues and topics was prepared in the light of the strategy's directions and requirements. After judging the list and then presenting it to a group of experts and specialists in the field, the number reached (81) individuals as: (49) professors, (19) assistant professors, (13) lecturers, representing (18) universities with a rate of (66.7%) of a total public universities, in order to seek their opinion on the degree of importance and priority of proposed research issues and topics. In light of the foregoing, the proposed research map for the field of educational administrative research in the Egyptian universities was prepared. A set of basic guarantees were also prepared as they were necessary for the success of the proposed research map.
