The water issue in Egypt during the current period is one of the most important and dangerous issues on the scene, especially in light of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam crisis and its dangerous repercussions on Egyptian water security. In the light of the difficult challenges facing water in Egypt, there urgent need to spread a culture of rationalizing and preserving water use, and protecting it from all forms of overusing, waste and pollution. Therefore, the current research aimed at create a proposed strategy for the expected roles of secondary school administration in spreading the culture of rationalizing the use of water as an approach to achieve the sustainable development. The research used the descriptive approach through a set of methodological procedures. The research reached a proposed strategy for the five expected roles of secondary school administration in spreading the culture of rationalizing water use as an approach to achieve the sustainable development.
