The research aimed at how to activate the management of psychological capital among the faculty members of the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University, in order to achieve job satisfaction for them, and the research used the case study approach through the intellectual and theoretical rooting of each of the psychological capital management and job satisfaction and the relationship between them, and monitoring Egyptian efforts and initiatives, and stand on The reality of psychological capital management and its relationship to job satisfaction through several methods and means of the case study, where a preliminary general picture of the college and its features was set, then looking at some documents, records and decisions and explaining their implications for both psychological capital and job satisfaction, conducting personal interviews, and applying an exploratory study and a field study"questionnaire" to a representative sample of faculty members (emeritus professor, professor, assistant professor, teacher) at the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University, where the sample size reached (82) individuals, which is 54.3% from the original community, This is to find out the role of the college administration (the dean and agents) in managing and developing psychological capital in a way that supports achieving job satisfaction among the faculty members. The results of the field study revealed the strengths and shortcomings of this role, as well as the presence of many obstacles and various factors that hinder the achievement of job
Satisfaction among the faculty members .
Therefore, the current research presented a suggested concept for managing the psychological capital of the faculty members, in a way that contributes to achieving job satisfaction for them.
