Abstract:
This study was performed to evaluate the homogeneity of transcription factor-linked factor 3 (RUNX3) and associated protein-linked protein 1 (SFRP1) genes in tissues and serum samples from patients with colorectal cancer (CRC), adenomyosis, and control group. To clarify the relationship between methylation and the results indicate the possibility of using the homogeneity of the RUNX3 and SFRP1 genes in serum as a non-invasive indicator for diagnosing colon malignancies.
