Abstract:
Cancerous narrowing of the hilar biliary ducts represents a challenge in the treatment and also for poor results and the placement of a branched stent is the best solution for conservative drainage of the bile and the installation of a self-expanding double metal stent in the shape of the letter Y in patients with cancerous narrowing of the bile ducts is considered to be highly effective and has great success rates
