The present research aims to identify the levels of perceived self-efficacy, cognitive motivation and creative thinking among students in the preparatory and secondary stage. In additional, the present research aim to identify the differences between the low and high levels of perceived self-efficacy in cognitive motivation and creative thinking, also, we try to search the relationship between perceived self-efficacy, cognitive motivation and creative thinking, The study sample consisted of (374) students with (194) from the preparatory stage and (180) from the secondary stage. By using the "T" test and correlation coefficient. The results showed that there is a high level of perceived self-efficacy and cognitive motivation, while there is an average level of creative thinking among the students of the two stages. There are differences between the low and high self-efficacy in cognitive motivation in dimensions of the high efficiency of the students of the two stages. There is a difference between the students in self-perceived efficiency according to the gender in the preparatory stage while there is no difference in the stage of secondary school. There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of perceived self-efficacy and total degree of cognitive motivation, There is a statistically significant relationship between cognitive efficiency and total degree of creative thinking of the two-stage students, in addition, there is a relationship between the total degree of creative thinking and some dimensions of Perceived self-efficacy among secondary school students.
