Current research aims at examining the mediating effect of organizational politics behaviors on the relationship between job performance and some dimensions of good governance ( justice – accountability- participation in decision making) .this study applied on a stratified simple random sample of physicians and nurses in public hospitals in Zagazig city (General hospital – Fever hospital- Ophthalmic hospital - Chest hospital).data analyzed using AMOS program , and results indicated that organizational politics partially mediate the relationship between job performance and dimensions of good governance ( justice – accountability- participation in decision making).
