The research aims to analyze the performance of colleges of sports education in the light of the use of balanced scorecard BSC, and the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the research and objectives, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a main tool for data collection after codification in terms of stability, honesty and objectivity included (4) axes To analyze the performance of the colleges of sports education in the light of the use of balanced performance card (financial performance - mechanisms to deal with target customers - internal processes - mechanisms of learning and training), the sample consisted of (senior management of colleges of sports education - Faculty Members - Managers of Sport Education Colleges - Graduates of Sport Education Colleges). The researcher selected the research sample randomly from the research community, the survey consisted of (50) individuals while the basic study consisted of (240) individuals, the most important results are: The size of budgets is commensurate with the objectives and aspirations of the faculties, and the financial administration of the faculties cannot accurately calculate revenues and expenses, the budget of the faculties is not sufficient to spend on facets of activities within the faculties, and also not to link the faculties management performance measures incentives and rewards system. It does not encourage the use of information technology in the curriculum, and also does not carry out studies to follow graduates in the labor market, and faculty do not provide research consultancy to service institutions.
