The study aimed at identifying the levels and dimensions of the rural university. The study examined the significance of the differences between two universities in terms of the levels and dimensions of affiliation of the rural university youth. The study was conducted in Sharkia and North Sinai Governorates. The College of Computer and Information Sciences was selected at Zagazig University with 130 respondents and the Faculty of Arts, Sinai University with 60 respondents. The analysis of the study data, the frequency tables and percentages. Pearson correlation coefficient, the t-test, and the progressive gradient regression analysis. The main results of the study were that there were significant differences between the two universities with respect to the levels and dimensions of rural university youth affiliation in relation to: community affiliation, national affiliation, and total affiliation. There are three independent variables that have contributed significantly to the interpretation of the total variance in the total affiliation. The value of the determination coefficient for this relationship was 0.703 . This means that these combined variables explain about 70.3% of the total variance in the affiliation The relative contribution of each variable can be determined as follows: migration intend 62.1%, youth responsibility for family 7.5%, future planning 0.7% .
