The empowerment has associated with the human resource that is one of the pillars of the institution and its strategic resource. An institution that has qualified human resources with highly qualified expertise and skills has vital guarantees for its survival and continuity. Empowerment is very important to the teacher, because it promotes the teacher's status, where he is treated like professionals, helping him to control his own practices and decisions. It also helps the teacher to increase knowledge and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues as opportunities for participation are increased. And its importance is growing due to its focus on the continuity of professional development, which ultimately leads to the achievement of institutional excellence. Many efforts are being made by Egypt to further empower its teachers, and yet there are shortcomings in the mechanisms that have been adopted to empower its teachers. The current research aims at finding a set of mechanisms to strengthen the empowerment of teachers in Egypt in light of the experiences of Singapore and Malaysia. The study will follow the comparative approach. The study reached a set of results to enable teachers in Singapore and Malaysia. At the end of the study, a set of mechanisms was introduced to strengthen teachers' empowerment in Egypt.
