Egyptian universities suffer from number of problems related to their weak ability to meet the need of the labor market as well as the needs of businessmen and productive institutions. This has resulted in aweakness Relationship between higher Education institutions and economic and Social development processes , and thus the spread of unemployment among graduates . Hence, these companies and productive institutions started to search for solutions, and started to establish their own institutions to prepare and train a workforce they need, which emerged in the form of corporate universities. Therefore, the present study seeks To present proposed prospective to activate The relationship between universities and the labor market in Egypt by taking advantage of models of corporate universities in some countries that have leading interest in this field such as India, Russia, USA. In light of the problem of study and its objectives, the present study depends on the comparative approach , which is not limited to describing phenomena but rather analyzes and interprets them in the context of their societies and the prevailing cultural and community forces, thus giving an opportunities to benefit from them in according to the circumstances of the Egyptian society .
